What is it?

I ordered 2 robots back on the December 2, 2022 and received 1 email about it and nothing else! I p

almost $122 dollars and have not received anything stating that they have been shipped or anything . I'm about to put in a fraud claim if I don't receive a response to this email. Angrily Carl Brown

Ordered two robots for my granddaughters. Tracking link shows them being shipped to random countries. Last check said the shipment is now in Jamaica for a second time. It also shows a couple of places in China and one state in USA before being shipped to China.
