Just had a charge show up - called the # given on my bank statement. 737-202-3114. was billed as cci*care.com. Called the number and did get a helpful live person - Albert. He explained was a monthly subscription for care.com for housecleaning. I had no monthly subscription although I have looked at care.com. He did cancel the subscription. When asked about refunding the charge he said care.com does not issue refunds. So beware if you use care.com - and I suggest you don't. You may get a monthly subscription you don't know about and not a cheap mistake.

I don't know what this charge for. I didn't deal with CCCI care.com. I am requesting a refund. This is FRAUD.

I've been charged $8.99 for the last several months. I want it to stop NOW! I was chatting with a "person" named Ellen and she suddenly switched me to a website that wants to charge me to discontinue the charge! Seriously!?! I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau as well.

Have no idea who this CCI*Care.com is. Never heard of them. Pending charge of $81.06. Either need further explanation of who they are or I; 'm submitting possible fraud or scam.

I've just discovered that CCI*care.com has fraudulently charged $62.68 quarterly for I have no idea how long. I have never signed up for care.com - no clue how they obtained my credit card information.

This charge is pending to my Mastercard and I would like to report it is a fraudulent charge

Like many, I noticed a charge and associated it with an X-ray we had done. I went back and noticed they had charged our card monthly for quite a while but had a period when they didn't charge and continued charging even after emailing saying our card number wasn't working and we needed to give them a new one. This is fraud. Yes, we tried the service, but my wife canceled it before the trial period ended. We now have a dispute opened with the credit card company, and care.com has received notice from our attorney. I am also reporting this to our County and State's Attorney General. Seeing how many people this is affecting, it could be a case for a class action lawsuit perhaps.

Keep getting charged-never used the service. Tried calling number listed as contact (1-877-227-5115) I was connected with someone trying to sell me Life Alert pendant. Talked so fast-I tried to interrupt her on several occasions and even told her I wasn't interested but she just kept trying to sell to me. When I asked to be transferred to CCI Care it rang through and another person started the same approach. WWant monthly charges off my account NOW!

He cancelled the subscription for which I never subscribed to and I only get a partial refund of $69.13! This is a fraudulent situation that needs to STOP. I will be reporting this to BBB and to my bank and local authorities.

We found we are being charged 62.91 against our Chase card monthly for CCI Care. It is something that we never signed up for. I want this removed, refunded and stopped.

Showed up on my bank statement. Never signed up for a subscription - totally ripped off. Do not recommend them at all.

This charge was on my daughters linked card. CCI*care.com. It is a fraud subscription for "something". I filed a claim with the credit card company. No idea how much they will refund. This charge was not monthly so I did not catch it. With research I found this..and a statement by a domain notification saying that these are fraudlent subscriptions.
