What is it?

I'm seeing this charge several times on my Dad's credit card statement. He has been in the hospital since the beginning of April 2021 and is still in the hospital so I know darned well he is NOT out buying gas anywhere. He is also not a Costco member. The dates of purchase are as follows: 06/21/2021; 06/04/2021
