Admittedly, I had to enter 3 different email addresses before I saw that it was my Power Director yearly subscription.
I got a charge for $36.74 from "cleverbridge Inc." Thought it was fraudulent at first, turns out it was my yearly subscription to SurfShark VPN.
Try searching your email for the amount you were charged to see if it matches any receipts.

Cleverbridge is a (relatively unknown?) 3rd party software reseller. In my case the "CBI*CLEVERBRIDGE INC. IL" item turned out to be my annual subscription to CCLEANER. So its legit, just not the name I expected.
