What is it?

Hancock Fabric has a discount program (Designer Deals Club). You get a discount on anything you buy with them and a list of others. We made a large purchase and signed up to get a discount and had meant to cancel, but forgot. After the free trail period you are charged $9.95 a month if you do not cancel.
