BP FDMS CAT WARRENVILLE

I went to am pm for full tank in Antioch. Amount Was 55.00. 125.00 shows on my statement. The merchant held deposit 70.00! Amex cs said they will refund in 5 to 7 days. What kind of system is this. Advice people do exact amount but don’t let the pump stay in your tank. This is a crazy system between Amex and merchant. They should do something about this Amex problem. Not reliable for emergency. No more Amex card for me and pass it around. I’ll pay and close the acct

BP FDMS CAT is a transaction made at a BP gas station in the Chicago area.

My American Express card was stolen last night, and three charges were made on it at this BP FDMS CAT Warrenville Illinois site. Each was for $100 dollars. I do not believe it was possible that the card was physically present at that site because the robbery was only a few hours earlier in Durham, NC. There was also an attempted us of another of the stolen credit cards at at another Warrenville site. I have notified the police and discontinued all the stolen Credit Cards. I would like to track back to these three charges so that the police can follow up, and locate the three charges and times so that there might be some identity of where the call came from. And how could these cards be used remotely?

There are 3 fraudulent pending charges on my Amex Serve card dated yesterday JUN 22 2019 Store Purchase was BP FDMS CAT , AUSTELL, GA $60.50, $114.12 and $75.74 of which I did not purchase. I have reported these charges to Amex and was told that I can file a fraud report once the charges are no longer pending. I haven't been to Austell, Ga in over a year. I have my card with me and I'm the only card holder on this account. This is fraud and I have no idea how he/she was able to do this without having my actual card at a gas station. These crooks are getting smarter & smart. I need these charges not to complete on my account.

I went to Waffle House yesterday afternoon and used AMEX to pay. No more than an hour later I went to use the card and it was at 0.00 balance. Checked and I had one test charge of 0.00 and then three charges of totaling 523.00 on my card from BP FDMS CAT Sanford, NC. I called in and of course, they can't do anything but wait till the charge either goes through to dispute it or place it back in my account. Here is the thing, I never use my card for gas purchases for just this type of reason. So they must be paying for numbers or skimming them from other locations.

Same thing today happened to me. $40 charge with BP-FDMS-CAT. No idea how this happened. Amex declined charge and they are sending out new card today. I live in San Francisco. Haven't been to Chicago in years - bad folks out there.
