I have a charge of 299.00 on my cred icard I did not make this on my visa card. I will contact my credit card visa

There is a charge of 149.50 to my card. I did not authorized this charge! This theft & I am notifying my bank & the Police & State Troopers! Do not attempt to charge my card! Return the $149.50 to my card immediately! I expect a refund now. Refund MasterCard ending in 4516! Or MasterCard ending in 8017…..
