BDPEC FRONT OFFICE TEMPE AZ

I received a charge of $40 from SEC FRONT OFFICE in Tempe, AZ. At first I didn't know what it was until I remembered it's my co-pay for an eye doctor appt. Just glad I remembered what I did that day, and that I payed through a kiosk at the office. Doctor that uses this service is at M & M Eye Institute in Chino Valley, AZ.

Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center (copay for eye vision test)

Never went to or needed Barnett dulaney services. My Credit Card Statement shows a $125 charge but I never used their services. Not sure if it is just a mistake or fraud.

I freaked out when my bank showed a charge from WTEA in Tempe AZ. I used t live in Tenpe but that was almost 20 tears ago. Then I realized WTEA meant West Texas Eye Associates - LONG way from Tempe AZ but I guess that's the new billing portal. Now I know and won't be concerned next time the bank shows it...
