What is it?

This was the charge for a vending machine I used at Children's Hospital Of Pennsylvania. My full charge was ARAMARK EDUCATIONAL/R PAULSBORO NJ, which points to a town somewhat near where the machine is located, but definitely not in the same ZIP or city as CHOP.

I used a debit card in the machines at Anheuser-Busch in Williamsburg today for Three items. The first two Items show up on the bank statement as $1.75, and $1.85, but the third item, which I believe is a soda, Shows a charge of 10.00. Id like to know how I get a refund for the overcharge?
