AMAZON MKPLACE PMTS AMZN.COM/BILL WA

I found another charge on my monthly CAPITAL ONE Master Card Statement from AMZN Mktp USQB1FK9MP3Amzn.com/billWA in the amount of $30.94.
Also, I have been getting a delivery every month and I have no idea where the product is coming from. There is no information on the outside of the envelope but my name, address and a stamped paid postage. Inside the envelope is a small plastic container of "Hemp Chews for Dogs", without a packing slip or an invoice receipt.
The only time I saw this product, was when my dog was alive. But when my dog died of old age at 14, a couple of years ago, I called the company and told them not to send the "Hemp Chews for Dogs" any longer and to cancel my subscription. They informed me, they were sorry for my loss, and I would not be receiving anymore "Hemp Chews for Dogs." They would send me an email to confirm that the account was canceled, which they did.
The following month, I received another container of "Hemp Chew for Dogs." I called the company and told them, this account had been canceled and I am sending the container back to them! They were sorry for the mix up and would send a refund to my Capital One credit card, which they did. The "Hemp chews for Dogs" continued to come. Since there was a return address on the monthly package, I started writing "REFUSE" on the delivery and sending it back to the company. This went on for a few months, then the company finally stopped sending their monthly product.
One day, I started to receive a large vanilla envelope with nothing on the outside of the envelope, but my name, address and a paid postage stamp. Inside the envelope was a container of "Hemp Chews for Dogs". There was no packing slip or invoice receipt with the product.
I received my monthly Capital One Statement today, with a charge of $30.94 from Amazon Mktp USQB1FK9MP3Amzn.com/bill WA, with NO PHONE NUMBER. I went on the Internet, to find AMAZON, so I could look for some kind of information to call or write someone in billing, about this unknown charge of $30.94. Once I was on the Amazon's sight, I began reading some of the remarks from other customers. One of the customers had a problem similar to mine. After reading her remarks, my problem started to make sense!!!!! It was Amazon, that was sending me the large envelopes with "Hemp Chews for Dogs", with no return address, no packing slip, and no invoice receipt. That is what the MONTHLY charge of $30.94 on my Capital One billing statement was for.... "Hemp Chews for Dogs"!

I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU OR ANYONE ELSE TO MAKE A CHARGE OF $30.94 BILLED TO ME MONTHLY FOR "HEMP CHEWS FOR DOGS" ON MY CAPITAL ONE CHARGE CARD. IF YOU CONTINUE TO MAKE THESE CHARGES, I WILL CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THESE CHARGES TO CAPITAL ONE... ARE UNAUTHORIZED!!
