This company is very BAD. I applied for a free trial of Garcinia Basics, postage was suppose to come from hlthbill.com, instead the company ACCTSUPPORT.comBUSHYHEATH took first 3 small amounts, then whamo over $100. No help from Garcinia (just rudeness) Upon googling some more info it seems there may OR (more likely) may not have been small print that requires you to continue with trial for the full cost. I have had to cancel my credit card and talk to the fraud squad. Be careful with these crooks, because that it exactly what they are Internet Crooks. NOT HAPPY

This company needs to be stopped. 4 lots of money taken out of my account totalling $232.43 Bank stopped my card as don't want 1000 taken once they realise I'm not checking.Fraudulently practice.

I, like so many others, bought online for Garcinia health pills and another health tablet to go with them. It was a charge for postage only on a free trial to a total of less than $10. I have now had to cancel my credit card as this company has (without authority) deducted lots of small amounts then two amounts of over $114.00. I wish I had checked in to them first - learned that big lesson - if it seems too good to be true, it usually is! Please don't get sucked in by this company!!! Luckily my bank is putting a fraud report in and disputing everything and I should get my money back.

First very small amount just 1.67EUR and now I notices it's 78.63 EUR.

I ordered two products Garniea Basics and was tolf the products cost $6 and $7 dollars. Today I have been charged and additional £110 from this company, this was never agreed or explained even when I spoke to the company via chat when my order didn't arrive. I can believe they had the audacity to take more funds from my credit card. I have been intouch with my credit card company this morning explained in detail what happened and they have refunded the transactions and banned the vendor from taking monies again. They have also been reported as fraud. Be very careful with this company.

I ordered two bottles of weight loss products on a FREE TRIAL - just have to pay postage which was suppose to come from herbalclnse.com Received first bottle, and small postage charge from acctsupport.com BusheyHeath, then another small postage charge then one week later USD88.63. I rung the Syd customer service number and they tried to tell me that I was suppose to ring them to say that it had been received - but because I didn't they bill you for it - NOT ACCEPTABLE> They then said I could keep the first bottle and they would refund 50% of the USD$88.63 - NOT ACCEPTABLE - I firmly stated that I should not have to pay for something that was a FREE trial - I have to return the bottle UNOPENED to them then they will refund the full $88.63 to our credit card. AM just going to put return to sender on the package so I don't have to pay for the postage - we are waiting for a comfirmation email with a Return Merchandise Authorisation No before sending back. My wife did warn me about buying online and to read the fine print- from now on I think I'll listen and not buy on line - BEWARE ALL

Shocked to see that so many people also got pulled in by this scam just like me. I ordered a free trial for R33,00 on 21 January. Never ever received the so-called face cream and today 5 February these bastards took R1,020-00 off my account. I have also informed my bank who has stopped my card and will be investigating this but the name Bushey H was already familiar to the consultant and he says they get them daily. Guys, don't order anything from these people and stop your cards IMMEDIATELY

What they do is they lure you to pay postage for the free product, somewhere in the fine print in the conditions it is stated that you the join as a member and will then receive every month after the free trial products that they just deduct from your account. Then suddenly the free trial period expired and the hit you with the monthly amounts. The banks battle to reverse the transactions as it goes through as membership fees and they can not cancel your membership. Clever scheme by the bastards!
