ACCESS - INMATE PACKAGE 800-546-6283 MO

$138.57 fraudulent charge on credit card with this company. I want my money returned to my account ASAP. CALLED 1-800-546-6283 with no luck.

My debit card was hacked and used for purchases I did not authorize in any way. On my bank statement there is a charge listed as ACCESS /MCP inmate pack, St Louis, MO in the amount of $62.47. This is theft and fraud and needs to be reversed, ASAP. There is no phone number listed. Card is US Direct Express, expires 02/23 and ends inn 9206, and has since been cancelled.

I got a notification for a charge on my card for $6.52 but luckily I keep my card locked so it didn’t go through. I didn’t make that purchase. Definitely fraudulent!

Fraudulent charges were made on my card for over 300 dollars on 4/1/2017. Someone needs to fix this, it's obviously a problem.

My husband's card had fraudulent charges from this company as well.... 2 charges totaling over $300 debited from his account. Hoping someone looks into this so that it doesn't happen to others.

Typo in prior post today will not allow editing. The refunds posted from ACCESS/MCP INMATER PACH to my prepaid debit card were $1.44 each.

$70 fraudulent charge on credit card with this company

I purchase commissary and hot food from Access Pack for some folks in our local jail in Great Falls, MT. You have to create an account and purchase items for the inmates from https://www.accesscatalog.com/shop/index.html?ProgramID=1222. That having been the last 2 purchases I made with my prepaid debit card February 24th, two days later my card was hit by 5 different .com addresses for a total of $81.69 and two refunds were also posted from ACCESS/MCP INMATE PAK for 41.44 each. Not likely a coincidence.

Had a Fraud charge March 2, 2020 called the bank and they are reversing it. I don't have an account with this company!

Access Inmate 800-546-6283 fraudulent charge for $102.00. Fortunately I noticed it right away or who knows what else would have come through.
